Oahu has such a rich art culture and I knew from the moment I heard about the art walls in Kaka’ako I wanted to check them out. 6 years ago artists were invited across the globe to paint on the walls here to rejuvenate the area, and once a year in February they are replaced and repainted with new art. kakaako senior portraits
I’ve been determined to go out and see something new every day in Hawaii, and I came with Daniella to capture some of the wall art on camera. I absolutely love vibrancy and colors in my photographs and really had a lot of fun playing with the backgrounds here.
When people asked my favorite color I used to answer “rainbow”.
I think I may start saying that again, because I was just reminded that it’s true.
